Hi - I have a small study which I would like to put heavy doors on - with soundproofing beading - pics below

Need someone with a ladder to pop up onto the roof to clean a small amount of leaves that has accumulated in our roof box gutter. Won’t take more than 10 minutes. Could become a recurring job.

I can hear the neighbours tv from upstairs and have spoken to them and they kindly turned down - but I can still hear and looking for a solution

Area on window needs silicon to stop a leak - will need a double ladder for access. Also silicon needed for junction on roof to stop leak

I need someone to assess waterproofing in the bathroom. It may be that some tiles need to be re sealed and / or there’s issues with the waterproofing membrane. The fix will be additional of course.

We have a water leak coming in near our sunlight in the hallway upstairs as well as in one of the bedroom upstairs in our 2 storey semi. Would like someone to come assess and fix

Remove about 5-6m of tin guttering and two downpipes. Replace with PVC (ideally wood/sandy coloured) in same configuration as is currently in place, join all pieces and fix to structure. Originally posted on Airtasker as a repair but I've come to realise that it just needs replacement.

We have an aluminium window in our bessa-block garage that leaks quite a lot when it rains heavily. It may just need some re-caulking, but also may need to come out and have the flashing replaced. The job is to come out, inspect, and waterproof however required. Note that the window can easily be accessed from inside the garage. The roof has been leaking in last March storms.The insurance company has made an assessment of what is wrong. The ceiling in one room was taken down to trace where the leaks were coming from.
