Try to access via the ceiling space. 9 - Roof rafter: - 1.5m of damage to the roof rafter. Fix: laminate two pieces of hardwood timber either side. 10 - Roof batten; - roof batten shows signs of termite tracking. No major damage from them eating the timber (only in a few minor areas). Fix: remove roof tiles and replace the roof batten. Roughly 6m 11 - Leave the site clean and tidy and take all of the debris to the Nudgee Tip 12 -

Our patio gutter is leaking in a small section. Had an attempt at some sikaflex to seal it but didn't seem to work. Also, have a section of tin that hasn't properly been sealed off from the rain.
