Need the gutters cleaned from my property. It's a rectangle approx 12m x8m, so 40lm of gutter. Due to retaining wall approx half the gutters can be reached at waist to chest height. The other half need to be on a ladder. Waste can go into a green bin onsite.

I need some basic waterproofing done on my shed so I use it for storage.

Gutter Guard to be installed at Norman Park, one section of the roof only, roughly 12 meters long, single storey, low set house.

I need some basic waterproofing done on my shed so I can store things in there without being damaged.

Must have a qbcc licence to do this job. I'd like to have a 2 new box gutters made with a top lip return to be installed over the existing box gutter and under the existing sheets. I also need an overflow penetration done and flashed. I also need the overlaps of sheets taped and waterproofed. And other penetrations checked. There is a total of 38 lineal meters. The box gutter is approximately 450mm wide. Happy for someone to come and quote.

We have a 2 level Queenslander. The gutters are in good condition however there are approx 4 spots where there are signs of surface rust and small dripping of water. Looking for someone to silicon or similar repair the areas that are dripping and apply paint to remove the surface rust. A high ladder will be required for this job.

Replacement of the box gutter between the garage and house. This will involve removing two rows of tiles along with the required ridge tiles. The new box gutter will be securely attached and sealed to the front of the weatherboard. The house has concrete tiles. Ridge rebedding and pointing not included but if you have someone that would be good. Shouldn't need any edge protection, maybe harness

I wish to remove an empty slimline rainwater tank (approximately 1,000L). The down-pipe has been diverted about 4m to the tank and the overflow goes into the stormwater. The down-pipe will need to be rerouted straight down and the excess pipe removed. The Rapidplas tank is in good condition and could be re-used or council waste vouchers available.
