Need a carpenter or handyperson skilled in woodworking to sand/re-stain/re-finish two small backyard decks, and an attached planter. They are still in good structural condition but are 15 years old and need cleaning, sanding and re-finishing. Also a few repairs to two exterior wooden gates, same age.

Need qualified plumber to replace old down pipe I had an electrical fuse box replaced but the electrician has to move it closer to the wall, which meant he had to cut the down pipe off. Need new downpipe. Happy to pay $200 + materials

I need the gutters cleaned on a single story house

1x 2nd story (7.5m) corner gutter bracket is broken. Install new corner bracket (bracket is supplied) and screw back to fascia board and seal gutter corner.

Existing clear polycarbonate roofing to be removed and replaced with same on our top balcony pergola. Can supply polycarbonate flat sheets. Would prefer a roofer as it needs appropriate fixing to avoid leaks when it rains. Pergola length is 5.5m; width of sheets is 1.5m. It is our top balcony but we currently have scaffolding in place for house painting so easy access. Have put date Nov 8 but flexible between now and Nov 12. - Due date: Flexible

(1) install a down-pipe (removed in 2005 during a reno) at rear of home. The drain remains under the wooden decking for the pipe to run into. (2) replace section of down pip in garage to manage a greater volume of water. It currently over flows as the width of the down-pipe is too narrow - and it is the only down pipe for the entire right side of their semi. Both pipes are easily accessible with a ladder - the garage pipe work is at standing height. - Due date: Flexible
