We have an Electric/Solahart (solar) water heater system that sometimes is not working as expected. So it plays out sometimes..The issue could be a flicking thermostat or in need of a service.... Tall, steep home needing painting. Paint Gables, Dormas, Parapets, Chimney, Window frames, Walls and entire exterior of house above the gutter. Paint Back wall near water tank too, all the way to the ground. Boom lift will be required as around 10 or 12 metres high at the highest points and roof not to be stepped on in order to protect the tiles. Not much painting as the majority of the upper section is actually roof. Once upper section done, another job to do the below gutter section. Although currently off white, we will probably change the colour to a crisper white and the blue bits to black. There are 7 Dormas at the back of the house (the windows with triangular frame). I can’t climb a ladder so need someone to replace the Down pipe fitting on my 2 story house, you will need a large extension ladder, I will supply the fitting Also re clip in one portion of gutter in different area
