I appear to have a leak in the roof which has caused some damage to the ceiling of my walk in robe. It looks like there might be some loose tiles. I’m looking for someone who can fix the roof Bonus if you can also fix the damage in the ceiling. There is access to the roof cavity. It’s a tiled roof.

Fix and align a gutter (approximately 15m length, 5 years old) that’s not aligned on brackets so that water flows to drain pipes at either end and doesn’t pond in the middle. Reseal any leaks and seams with silicone (can provide), will also provide any brackets/screws/hardware as needed

I have a trapdoor to a pit that was built to hold a chiller for a bar. Unfortunately it leaked from the rain we had recently so needs waterproofing from inside the pit to prevent this happening again.

Tall, steep home needing painting. Paint Gables, Dormas, Parapets, Chimney, Window frames, Walls and entire exterior of house above the gutter. Paint Back wall near water tank too, all the way to the ground. Boom lift will be required as around 10 or 12 metres high at the highest points and roof not to be stepped on in order to protect the tiles. Not much painting as the majority of the upper section is actually roof. Once upper section done, another job to do the below gutter section. Although currently off white, we will probably change the colour to a crisper white and the blue bits to black. There are 7 Dormas at the back of the house (the windows with triangular frame).
