Leaking around the vent pipe. It seems like the pointing/patching materials from the previous roof repairs pushed down the flashing and the water go backward when rain. The flashing itself is a bit short (as shown in photo) It seems like it is also missing the tile underneath to support the flashing. So it may have already be installed incorrectly at start. The proper way as I understand should be a opening for the pipe is cut on the tile and flashing to be placed on top. The flashing should be supported by the tile.
