Need roof lining replaced for 2005 VW beetle with sunroof

The roof lining foam is disintegrating so I’m looking to get it replaced. See photos 2005 VW beetle, has sun roof. Located in Brunswick East.

cord has broken off where is enters the house. Antennae is on roof, house has 12 foot ceiling heights.

My tenant noticed that when she has longer than usual showers, the carpet in the room next to the bathroom gets wet. Any other issues (damaged pipes and drainage, leaking from hot water system) has been already ruled out. I just need to waterproof the shower. I need to: a) waterproof and silicone along wall of the bathroom, b) install a tile boarder edge; c) regrout and resilicone the shower - we are talking about some micro holes, the shower looks is decent conditions. c) install a 3 cm silicone edge to isolate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. Shower size: 148 cm width, 84 cm depth, 190 cm height, 56 cm door.

Repair or replace gutters

I have a double brick shopfront with some moisture issues coming down through the walls. The render has worn out and a metal flashing needs to be installed.

Need removal of possums in roof, they are making noise at night

The roof capping needs repointing. This is causing leakage to the fascia and waves. See photos attached. Best to see in person so you can make an assessment.

I’m have 7 corrugated Perspex sheets which need to be bolted to the underside of a pergola and the roof of the rear of my house. I have all the sheets and bolts. Some bolts are already screwed in to the roof in the wrong place and would need to be removed and reconnected. The cross beam of the pergola runs parallel to the rear of the house and the corrugated sheets need to be connected at one end to the house and then at the other end to the cross beam of the pergola.

We have ikea curtin rods that need to be attached to the roof in the lounge and bedroom. One room is approx 2 m and the other approx 3 m. This is only to instal the tracks to the roof. - Due date: Flexible

Hello I have roof sheeting that is dirty and needs replacing - roof above small patio - measurements are 4.6m - Length 3.2m - Width 3.5 - 3m High (note the roof has slight angle) Sheeting has been purchased. 4 panels total. Will need to be cut to length. Will need - removal and disposal of old sheeting - installation of new sheeting. This includes being cut on the length to match the patio - supply all screws etc Needs to be done by this Saturday 7PM - Due date: Before Saturday, 2 December 2023

I have a soundproofing opportunity and you have to advice to give, plus the skills to carry it out! I have a small 2 bedroom apartment that needs a bit of soundproofing to stop the neighbours noise getting in- and my noise getting out while I am working from home. My main concern is the front door and the bedroom door. Would love someone who knows their acoustics and is professional in their conduct. No structural changes needed, my main concern is masking the doors and things like noise absorbing panels. Hanging curtain rails and affixing to walls is ok. I’ve got a problem with my balcony gutter. It’s surface tension! The water is coming back inside and running into the second bedroom. Height of gutter is a about 4-5m from the ground. Not sure how much it should cost. Need someone to have a look. - Due date: Flexible

Garage roof is leaking at rear, I have not been able to determine the cause, no damage to the tin, possible drainage issue? Can provide pics. Seeking a quote to repair. - Due date: Flexible

Shower has a few areas silicone caulked edges that are discoloured from mould/water damage that need to be removed. The tiles and grout between tiles are fine. The shower has two glass sides. The edges of the glass panels caulking needs to be removed and replaced. The edge of the floor and two tile walls also needs recaulking. Additionally the shower has two rusty screws to be replaced and any remaining rust removed. Ideal date would be Saturday Feb 18 in the morning, other dates are negotiable. See pictures attached. Basically, I feel like this shower always looks and feels dirty after I clean it so would love if all discolouration could be eliminated. Happy to discuss how to manage this further.

Install Only (material onsite ready to go) -3x 6m lengths of apron -3x 6m lengths of parapate capping (material onsite) -Cut back 5m worth of roof sheets so it lands into gutter (currently too long and were not designed to go into gutter) Supply and install - "Z" type zero boundy flashing and gutter (aprox 5m long) and Square/Rectangular RWH and 3m long downpipe (cladding on rear wall will be complete prior to commencement of works) I will need all plumbing work to be Certified with a certificate as a requirement for building surveyor.
