I am seeking assistance to install approximately 70 square meters of 60mm PIR insulation in a continuous layer beneath the floor. The clearance under the house ranges from the highest clearance of approximately 100 cm and the lowest is around 40 cm. (probably <10m2 has low clearance) The house is already well insulated, and this additional layer of insulation is necessary as the builder couldn't complete it due to COVID-related delays between 2021 and 2022. The insulation should be installed fixed to the joists to ensure a continuous layer without gaps between batts. Some areas will require cutting around new PVC pipes. Materials provided include: 60mm PIR insulation boards (2400x1200mm), tape, and fixings. At this stage, the task involves inspecting and providing a final quote. The final job will be posted through Airtasker at a later stage. High-quality workmanship is essential; Patchy work will not be accepted. Gutter clean for a small three bedroom home. It is a double front Victorian home. There is spikey gutter guard along the right hand side of the house where the neighbours tree sheds. This side will still need cleaning. Would also like the two downpipes to be flushed with water just in case

There’s a hole in a hard to reach space on my roof where rodents and moisture are entering the roof cavity. It’s underneath a gutter where one section of roof meets another, making it hard to reach. I’d like some to properly patch and seal the hole to prevent moisture and rodents from entering the roof.

Hi, Background - I had a water leak in my bedroom window and have stopped the leak through caulking inside and outside the windows. - This window will be replaced in a few months. - I have removed the insulation and plaster wall for mould treatment - Now ready to re-install new insulation and wall Work required - see attached photos. 1. Patch small gap hole where aircon pipe is - take a photo after you patched 2. Remove mouldy timber strip that was for laying carpet 3. Supply and install wall insulation (either Bradford or Earthwool) 4. Supply and hang new plaster wall ready for painting 5. Re-install floor skirting 6. Supply paint and paint entire wall and skirting. No need to paint windows as it is getting replaced. They are now dry. I want to remove the wall plaster, insulation batts and portion of the carpet and underlay, so that I can inspect for mould and put in new insulation batts, plaster wall and carpet afterwards. Its only one side of the wall in the bedroom. The wall has a window. Size of the wall is 266cm x 480cm. Size of the window is 270cm x 112cm. See attached photos. I'm thinking the areas where there are electrical, phone outlets, and connection to aircon, to leave the wall plaster around them as it is and not remove it. Maybe like a 10-20cm margin. Bedroom is on the 3rd floor in a small townhouse. For the carpet, remove the carpet and carpet underlay about 50cm away from the wall, for the entire length of the wall You need to provide dropsheets to cover the bed and the floor, as well as a proper cover for the aircon. Roof is leaking in the centre of the hallway of Victorian weatherboard. I think the valley needs replacing (there are no leaves etc). Roof was replaced maybe 15 years ago but they didn't do the valley. Also check that its not getting in somewhere else, maybe around the chimney flashing.
