A downpipe is leaking and needs to be repaired.

I want R3 or R4 insulation installed under the floor of my weatherboard, I need approx 75sqm, half of the house only has about 100mm clearance so that side is not going to be able to be insulated, but the other half has at least 500mm clearance accessable from a hatch outdoors and that is the bit I want insulated.

I am looking to see if someone can assist in adding some insulation to our roof. It currently has R2 and I would like to add at least another R2, if possible. The total area is roughly 40sqm. The space is quite tight, and has about 60cm distance between the plaster and the external roof. If possible, it would require careful consideration not to damage the plaster. I can provide the insulation materials.

We need the gutters at the back of our house replaced as they have rusted through as well as some new sheets of corrugated iron. They are causing the weather boards to rot which will need to be replaced down the line. We also need the gutters all around the house cleaned and then a roof leak at the front of house repaired.

We live in a 2 story house and the gutters on the roof make a very audible dripping noise which can be heard from inside when it rains. I read that placing a sponge in the 90° angle would dampen the noise but I'm not sure how to do that - Due date: Before Thursday, 30 November 2023

I'd like the gutter and fascia painted on my two-bedroom villa apartment. A cream/off white colour would be good, don't care if the gutter and fascia are the same colour. Just want a quality, weather resistant job. I have no idea about what a job like this costs so I have just placed a throwaway amount in the cost, please quote whatever is reasonable and for a quality job. Also if you have any colour recommendations/ examples feel free if you think off white/ cream isn't a good idea on yellow brick; but I like a clean fresh look. 40m square area under weatherboard house (old cali bungalow). East side about 50cm clearance down to west side about 1m clearance (house on slope). Ground under house is good for working on. I have done about a 3rd of house but have done my back. Need a young fit guy/girl to help who doesn't mind tight spaces. Job literally just involves stapling insulation to beams under floor. I have all equipment. Date is flexible. Wednesdays are no good but other days during the week are ok
