Gutter clean of car port roof as well as of two story house roof.

I need a small section of roof re sealed with silicone prior to an internal insurance repair being completed. High set Queenslander located at Camp Hill. Full scope of works below -: We recommend the apron flashing which connects to the house weatherboard wall cladding is completely resealed to prevent water entering between the back of the flashing and theweatherboard cladding 2. To successfully seal the flashing we recommend the deteriorated sealant is removed from the top of the apron flashing and under the weatherboard. 3. We recommend the back of the flashing between the weatherboard and flashing is sealed in a continuous bead prior to re-securing the flashing against the weatherboard cladding 4. We recommend the resealed flashing is then over sealed at the top edge of the apron flashing against the weatherboard

We are looking for someone experienced to clean our roof and solar panels. We are not after just a pressure clean. We want someone who will take care as we have had the roof renovated / resprayed in the last year. We are in Capalaba and would prefer this to be completed within the next week. I have attached an aerial shot of the roof for reference (this doesn’t show the solar panels as they weren’t installed at the time of this but there are 24 panels).

We need an independent Contractor with ABN to inspect for any hail damage, clean the 7 solar panels on the double storey house roof (with mild soapy water), take pics. before and after of the panels And finally clean leaves on gutter & down-pipes.
