I want to make the insulation/roof waterproof. I am worried that water from the gutter is wetting the insulation. I would ideally like advice re what to do and then pay for the most appropriate task. I also have rain pouring down behind the new gutter.

Hi, I will supply tiles, just need someone to do bitumen waterproof (x2), screed etc, then waterproof (x2 again) as is technically a giant planter box in common area, formerly full of dirt (now removed). Will need to have a fall to a middle point, and then around 10-11 steps to tile so it’s all nice and schmick. Area has been fully cleaned except less than 5% of the previous waterproofing mainly on the walls going up around 25-30cm which will most probably need to be grinded off. Probably a job for a pest controller/handyman. Pesty Mynahs gathering in the rear corners of the roof. I’d like someone to peel off the stick on flashing put on previously, clear the gutters and install some mesh in the corners. Probably spray the area too. I have some Mortein control bombs which can be let off in the area. Access from rear pergola roof. Invoice required.

Looking for a handyman to cover a roof in tarpaulin in a permanent fashion. You will need a cherrypicker or boom lift to get to the roof. You can hire one or better yet own one. There's a Kennards Hire literally 100 meters up the road. I will pay for the materials (tarp, boom lift & materials to secure the tarp in place) It should only take a few hours to do. $800 for the labour. Please don't ask me on the day to pay cash!!! I will NOT pay cash! This needs to be above board, fully insured through Airtasker, as it's a high risk job. I need someone reliable & who knows what they're doing & to do a quality job. I need workers not monkey's. $800 isn't peanuts for a few hours of work.
