It's a small two bedroom single storey townhouse, I started cleaning the gutters but need help. No gutter guards, there is a small pergola, so could do with a pressure wash please. No solar and it is a tiled roof. There are quite a few trees nearby which are blocking things up, looking to make regular annual clean, would like to ask for a couple of pictures after to confirm job is done (we have been burned before). Google maps pic attached with measurements, also rubbish not to just to be pressure washed onto the ground/surrounding area, needs to be cleaned up - thanks. The drain pipe from the roof seems to be blocked - when it rains, the water just pours from the top! It would be great if someone could come and unblock it!

We have one small roof area that has gutter draining issues which caused a leak during a recent storm, and a bathroom which started leaking from the exhaust fan. Both roof areas are corrugated iron.
