Move 2 down pipes from the front of car port to the side. The pipework in ground is all prepared. Drop a new downpipe on house, again the pipework in ground is ready to receive new downpipe. Patch fix holes from front down pipes on car port.

Flyover insulated roof panels to be erected on the driveway to create a carport. I don't have the panels right now. I'm planing to order once I've finalized the installer. It's best if the installer can come over to see the job and always best if they do the measurements as well. Thanks

We also need the rest of the bathroom floor tiled depending on the cost so I would like a quote just to do the shower which is 90 x 100. And a quote to do the floor which is around 9 m² of 60 x 60 tiles.. We are still in planning stage for the design and would like some quotes on the floor tiling. Current gutter has a hole. I need somebody to replace (supply, and install) a portion of gutter (1500 mm aprox.). New portion of gutter must be same colour as existing one. Just moved into a new townhouse and from the top of the stairs there's a straight drop down to the ground floor. I don't trust my cats to not jump/fall off the ledge and break their legs. One of them has already had a knee surgery so don't want to risk it. I'm not sure what's the best way to do it, so open to ideas. I was thinking of some sort of timber railing extension using slats.
