I am interested in getting a quote to have my ceiling insulation removed and new insulation installed. The area is ~90sqm and the roof is tiled. I am interested in having R7 Earthwool batts installed and am able to order these. Also I am interested in a separate quote for insulation under the house - there is no insulation here and access via a trap door with plenty of clearance. I am also happy to supply the materials for this (I was thinking of the Earthwool R2.5 soundproof wall batts as they are apparently suitable for underfloors but I am also open to getting polyester roll).

the fan in the utility room has stopped working and there seems to be a lot of dust coming from the patch in the roof I’ve attached a photo. I think there must be some leak in that area, and that would be the reason the fan keeps breaking as there is probably water getting into it.

Looking for someone to install some steel ceiling battens into the roof beams (so I can plaster it later) and then insert insulation between the beams. Installer to supply the steel battens. I have the insulation already. The garage is 6mx3.3m. The wooden beams are 1m apart hence the steel battens needed.

We can hear movement in our wall and the roof and need someone to come and have a look and remove it. We have not seen any dropping or signs of any animals but we can hear sounds. We think it’s one possum potentially

I need a gutter to be installed, either to the awning itself or to the area just beneath it. It then needs to drain the water from the awning into the drains on either side or through the middle into the drain in the floor. I need a plumber

I have a 1 meter by 4 meter balcony that has suffered from leaking and water ingress into the apartment. I am having an awning applied but need to get the floor part waterproofed. You need to clean the area and then supply and apply the waterproofing membrane.

One of our gutters is leaking – we're not sure if it's blocked at the top, or if there's a leak in the drainpipe that needs silicone. It's too high (one and a half stories) for me to look at myself. We'd also want the downpipe to be tested after (ie by pouring water down it) to make sure it's running ok. (The backstory is we just had the stormwater pipe fixed – and the plumber found that the underground pipe connecting to the downpipe was blocked with plastic bags(!). The underground pipe has now been repaired and cleared, but I'm wondering if our downpipe was blocked at the the top with plastic bags – or something else – as well, hence the problem we're having.) We also have another downpipe that is working ok, but we'd like that gutter cleaned just to be safe. I’d like a quote – how much are we looking at? A rotten 2 metre section of of quad between the barge board and the tiles has fallen off and needs replacing. The tile mud has fallen out at same time and also needs replacing - Due date: Before Friday, 5 January 2024

I am looking at getting 5 walls retrofitted with insulation. They have windows In them and brick on one side and plaster on the other. Small unit single storey. They are not large walls as they all have large windows. - Due date: Flexible

Seems a common issue for Chromagen hot water system. leaking water flows down the roof through gutters. I suspect the frost valve is broken. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 1 July 2023
