i am picking up a roof rack hopefully this arvo , and I would love it installed tomorrow morning if at all possible - I can come to you

the fan in the utility room has stopped working and there seems to be a lot of dust coming from the patch in the roof I’ve attached a photo. I think there must be some leak in that area, and that would be the reason the fan keeps breaking as there is probably water getting into it.

We can hear movement in our wall and the roof and need someone to come and have a look and remove it. We have not seen any dropping or signs of any animals but we can hear sounds. We think it’s one possum potentially

I have a 1 meter by 4 meter balcony that has suffered from leaking and water ingress into the apartment. I am having an awning applied but need to get the floor part waterproofed. You need to clean the area and then supply and apply the waterproofing membrane.

One of our gutters is leaking – we're not sure if it's blocked at the top, or if there's a leak in the drainpipe that needs silicone. It's too high (one and a half stories) for me to look at myself. We'd also want the downpipe to be tested after (ie by pouring water down it) to make sure it's running ok. (The backstory is we just had the stormwater pipe fixed – and the plumber found that the underground pipe connecting to the downpipe was blocked with plastic bags(!). The underground pipe has now been repaired and cleared, but I'm wondering if our downpipe was blocked at the the top with plastic bags – or something else – as well, hence the problem we're having.) We also have another downpipe that is working ok, but we'd like that gutter cleaned just to be safe. I’d like a quote – how much are we looking at?
