Clean gutters and install gutter guard down one side of 2 storey house approx. 11 meters in length.

We need someone who is confident on a ladder or roof and able to hang and assemble Christmas lights with hooks to the roof/gutter area. It would be great if it could be done Sunday morning (15th Dec) before 1pm.

Clean leaves out of the gutters & downpipes Once clear of debris, rinse the gutters with hose (not with a pressure cleaner as these force water under the eaves) rinse any dirt/ debris from walls as a result and dispose of debris in the green bin It is a small house set into the hill, so the front half is 2 storeys and backyard is one storey. (see 4 photos of each side of house) access can be gained from the top of the carport and balcony as well. There is approx. 45 lineal meters of guttering in total. I have suitable ladders available you can use. I need it done Tuesday or Wednesday or Saturday

Was going to do it myself but I’ve hurt my back… I’ve already bought the ceiling batts and have those plus the plastic bags & new PPE on site. The job is to remove the old ceiling batts & bag them, vacuum the roof well & put the new ceiling batts in. The roof space is around 70 sqm. BYO industrial vac or I can hire one. I’m also happy to help pass you the batts while you’re in the roof. I can take it all to the tip. Pls let me know if you’ll be bringing the vac or not. - sweep leaves/branches off gutter guard (roof) and remove debris from shed roof - an external wash of the building with a soft broom and hose (not pressured cleaned) including windows. - whipper snip up side of house where grass is overgrown - remove dead rat near front of house (not in house bin)
