Remove rhino rack roof racks. The system has keys that need to be carefully drilled out (I can buy new barrels). Remove roof rack (5mm alan key. Disconnect tow bar (needs large shifter). Looking for offers.

I suspect a possum that comes into my roof at night time. I would like to prevent this from happening and remove the possum too. It is a double storey building.

Quote needed to replace rusted gutter, downpipe, fascia and wooden posts on the front porch. Same colors to conform to council requirements. Old gutter and any other rubbish to be removed and disposed of by installer.

During heavy rain, water will start dripping from gutter in 2-3 spots. Possible that the back section of the gutter as shown in blue circle is full with leaves and debris but there is no way to access that section without taking apart the verandah roof sheeting. Need someone to investigate source of leak and to fix the issue. Verandah gutter may need to be cleared.

The timber strips at the front of the tiles on my roof have rotted and have started falling off. Tiles have not moved

Excavate and remove soil from the garden using mormal tools to enable waterproofing of the area. The soil will remain on-site and will be back after waterproofing is complete.

One panel was easily and effectively cleaned using water and non-abrasive sponge by installer on recent inspection. He has recommended remaining 14 be cleaned. Lichen is growing at edges of panels and in patches on the glass surface of several panels. In addition, six glass and five polycarbonate roof panels (each approx 1200 x600 mm) extending beyond the solar system also need cleaning. I have painted a layer of Exterior grade Crushable Waterproofer on my roof of my house (approx. 6sqm). the problem is that it is white and doesn't match the colour of my roof tile. I need someone to repaint the colour to match. I think is terracotta colour.
