I have a leak in my roof and also an old water tank

Tiled roof Some leaks noticed internally - quite old and not cyclone related. Roof looks reasonable to me. ? Needs diagnosis and repointing etc.

Attended site as requested Roof leak near chimney The existing flashing on left side of chimney is not square with roof sheets . The flashing over runs the valleys in corrugated iron and allows water to get in under flashing There has been some temporary flashing tape installed A more permanent solution needs to be installed under flashing to this area of the flashing This needs to be installed under hip capping and sealed with polyurethane Scope of works to include Supply access and safety equipment Supply and install new zinc under flashing Supply and apply polyurethane sealant to new flashing Clean up and leave site tidy * only QBCC qualified builders need apply, please provide license number

Clean gutter. Gutter length approx 8m, approx 2.8m above ground level. Need to provide your own ladder / gloves.

Require ceiling tidy and insulation for small house. Will be area of two bedrooms, small living/dining and the kitchen. We will provide insulation. Thank you.

There is a gap at the connection between the to top of the hip/ridge cap and the metal barge capping of the gable at the front centre/LHS of the roof. This is allowing wind-driven rain to enter the roof space.
