Need solar panels washed and roof tiles cleaned to remove some lichen. Tiled cement roof that is pitched, see photos for reference. Front is all tiles as the photo, back has panels covering and back has panels covering about half. Neighbour had their tiles cleaned and theyre lichen was way worse and I reckon it took the guy 1 hour with the right equipment. Just added some more photos showing solar panels and lichen at back section, plus another shot of front. - Due date: Flexible

I need a roof with 122 caps, re-bedded and pointed, I have already pressured washed and DO NOT need it painted.. All caps and bedding need to come off and be completely re-bedded and pointed, I'm not interested in keeping the bedding just want it completely replaced and pointed. Also need the valleys sealed. See photos You must be insured to do roofing work provide a quote up front and provide warranty.
