3 bedroom single storey villa. Some gutters have leaf guard on them so they really just need a sweep and hose out. Will need to get on roof for some of the small recessed roof sections. Sorry original price was $350 but was meant to include window clean after gutter muck everywhere. Sorry not trying to mess around with you hard workers. Needing a Foxtel dish removed from our rental. Plus roof repaired where it is removed. Need photos of before and after for the landlord. Wiring in the house removed. Wall plates removed (there are two), patched, sanded and painted. Can be done Wed, Thurs or Fri this week.

We would like someone to clean the gutters. A word of warning, the house roof pitch is very steep and gutter guard is in place. We are keen to get the gutters done some time over the next couple of weeks if possible prior to the rusted ones being replaced.

I'm looking to have the gutters on my two-storey townhouse cleaned. The clear majority of the work is only at the front of the house (see satellite photo with blue circle), especially the gutter box behind the pillars (see photo of front elevation). By comparison, relatively little in the way of leaves/debris makes it to the back of the house. The length of the house is around 23 meters and the width is 8 meters to help you gain some perspective, when you look at the satellite photo. I'll note that there is a second-storey terrace in the middle of the house, which makes getting onto the roof easy. Ideally, this could be done tomorrow or Sunday, as the weather looks rainy for the whole week next week, but it's up to you.
