I need someone to mount a 75-inch TV on the wall in the family room upstairs. The TV is currently placed on the floor, and I would like it securely installed on the wall. We already have the mounting bracket available. The wall is flat with an accessible power outlet nearby. The room has minimal furniture, so there’s plenty of space to work. I just need the TV wall-mounted, no additional setup required. • Ensure the TV is level and securely mounted. • Cables should be neatly organized and hidden if possible. • Please bring any necessary tools and equipment.

Roof gutters need to be cleaned. Any rubbish from this with cleaning the gutters that spread on the ground, need to be cleaned and taken away from site. The site to be left clean and nice. The house at the front has single storey height and at the back it is double storey height. Trade person need to be professional and comply with safety requirements.

We had a roof leak recently, and our insurance company sent someone out to do a “Make Safe”! They put some flashing on the area where there were cracks in the capping stone cement. The roofer that did the make safe told me that due to our insurance excess, it would not be worth making a claim. The contractor told me that the job was only small and required some of the small cracks filling in with roof cement. I am wanting a qualified experienced contractor to fix this issue please. I was told that the job would be approx $150

Hi so sorry for late notice but we have sold our house in raby bay and settle next Friday 15th and buyer noticed 2 spots of guttering at front of house needing repair, we have matching paint but just seeing if at all possible to this job (cash) or at least quote so I can pay and then get it done after settled any way let me know what you think, thanks heaps renee
