We are hoping for someone handy to re-fix car seats and make them secure. Also attaching and securing Thule Roof box on roof racks of car.

I have a dome skylight that I want covered. The job would entail either opening the skylight from the inside (not sure if its possible?) and covering it internally, or climbing up onto the roof and securing a tarp over the pop up dome that is on the roof.

I have water dripping in through toilet fan from my corregated tin roof. Water is coming in through an old and pretty shonky silicone seal around the exhaust pipe above the fan. I need someone to come out and reseal that pipe properly and waterproof the pipe and check the roof for any other areas needing some new sealing where water migjt be coming in. I have included a pic of the pipe with the fan removed. Another of the roof. The exhaust pipe on the Left Hand Side is the one above the toilet fan.

It appears that the grout on the shower base, shower hob, and walls has deteriorated and worn in areas. Water was detected below the shower base and behind shower wall tiles. Waterproof and re-tile of the shower base, hob and bottom 3 rows of shower walls. *The existing wall tiles are 100 x 300mm gloss white tile. - Full job must be completed between November 1st and 9th. - Due date: Before Thursday, 9 November 2023

Install 3m downpipe, with 2 90 degree bends required, to direct back under the eave to the wall (~300mm) and then down the wall. Fix downpipe to wall, existing gutter outlet and storm water outlet. I have a large bedroom on the 3rd floor of a townhouse in Clifton Hill. It has double glazed windows but there is still some traffic noise and most importantly occasional bassy sounds. Need someone to cut a storm proof door seal to the size of the front door and then screw it in. Will have to provide your own tools. Should take about 30mins altogether I think. I would do it myself but I don’t have the tools - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 10 July 2022
