Roof gutter and downpipe has been damaged and needs to be replaced.

I need installed - solar panel bird proofing mesh kit - There are 15 x 440 w panels dimension 1762 x 1134. They are installed over 2 rows. I calculated to be all around lends of approx 25 meters but allow for a bit more just in case. It is adouble storey house. I have a very tall leddar you can use but you need to supply any safety equipment required. have not bought any kit yet but happy for you to supply and fit. The idea would be to keep birds away from nesting under the panels.While you are up the roof, it would be good to check roof, clean gutters too. The panels have recently been instaled, so they are the new low profile type.

Hi, I am wondering if you could provide a free quote / estimation for Roof Repair /replacement and Gutter Replacement for 1/53 Warrigal Rd based on the photos and a previous plumber report attached below. Plumber attended the site 2 times before, here is the report: "Attended property and was shown to the leak coming through the fire alarm and the light at the top of the stairs. Access the roof and found that the box gutter was holding a fair amount of water towards the front of the property. Upon further inspection we found that the gutter had rusted through roughly around the area where the leaks were coming in. Cleaned the area and installed an flashing to prevent any water making its way in but the gutters will need replacing in the near future."

We have box gutters at our 2 story house in oakleigh and have sustained damage previously with large amounts of rainfall and blocked gutters. Ideally we could get someone to come out and jump in the roof every 2/3 months to check and keep them clean to avoid any further damage. We may also want a quote for additional guttering to ensure no further damage happens in the house. It should only take an experienced person 30 minutes end to end.
