Clean the Gutters from leaves on one side of a small unit. Roughly 5m of gutters.

Backyard shed is leaks at the back (above electrical box) in heavy rain. Needs to be siliconed and metal sheets bolted down to the roof where possible. Gutter at the front is also holding storm water so needs cleaning and clearing so that water can flow down the existing down pipe.

I have a roof ventilation system that needs installing. Single storey tile roof. I already have the unit. Installation only needed.

EDIT - Sorry, want to make it clear, it's a 2 storey townhouse, so a tall ladder is required. Need someone to climb to the roof and clean out the growth on the gutters (around 7-8 meters long) (must clean into a bag and dump down in the yard below as we have astro turf. then, install a fine gutter guard to prevent future growth - Due date: Flexible

There was a possum in my roof last night. I think it got in through the corner of the roof (see photo). I need someone to check for the possum and remove it if necessary and the seal up the gap in the roof. Double storey house, good access.

Remove old sheets of polycarbonate roofing and replace with 4 new sheets. This is for the patio roof, which has easy access via ladder. I already purchased the materials and hardware, so please only quote for your labour costs. Must have experience with this work, as I don't want any leaks.
