Have a small bar in Johnson Street across two retail shops had a few drips in recent rains and thought it best to get the gutters cleared - a small portion of the gutters covered by laser light so it could be a little tricky but there is enough room to get in and clean them or high pressure hose.

I have had a leak test report and they have found this window is leaking. I would like it to be resealed and a warranty of at least one year, more would be appreciated. I have put in $100 as a nominal figure please provide a quote.

Hey I have a false ceiling with an attic access but the false ceiling is about 30/40cm so I can't access deeper. There are two loose rail hooks that are causing rattling at night and am looking for someone with skill to come take a look and see about doing something (maybe wedging something to stop rattle).
