I seek assistance and ideas for blocking the gap underneath my fence palings to keep toads out and ensure my dog’s safety. It would be great if something could be attached to the bottom of the fence. I am available starting Sunday.

Old roof is damaged have to be reinstalled

Leaking colour bond roof on a town house which is due to be replaced in 5 months but I need a quick fix. There is a DIY product called liquid rubber which looks good but open to ideas. Roof is approx 6 x 8m. If it works we will do the same to the other 4 more roofs.

I’m looking for someone to add a downpipe into the existing gutter above my bay window. This gutter doesnt have a downpipe and overflows in the rain. I’d like a 100mm downpipe added at the yellow line and secured to the weatherboard. The downpipe can drain into an existing large stormwater drain that runs behind the cladding under the bay window (the red line). I don’t have a ladder that will reach the required height, so you will need to bring one along. I can offer words of encouragement and plenty of coffee instead.

Leak on ceiling and needs checking and repair

We think a rodent has died in our roof as a smell started in a room and now spreading through house through aircon vents. We need inspected and removed asap please.

We are having some fascia boards replaced and the carpenter had to remove approximately 5.5m of ridge capping from our tiled roof. He is replacing the ridge caps but they need to be repointed. We are looking for someone to repoint those ridge cap tiles on the roof. Please see photos. There is easy access from the front but there is a steep angle from the back. Hi, I would like to please request a quote for the replacement of rotting timber bargeboards at the 3-4 story apartment block at Coorparoo. We would like to ensure any hole/s into the roof are closed up. Please note towards the back of the block may be difficult to access due to slight slope and may require a cherry picker or similar.
