Evaporative air con leaking water into roof space causing ceiling damage. Looking to get air con checked. I’ll fix the ceiling.

The brackets securing the water pipes in the roof have loosened and need to be re-secured, the pipes bang when water is turned off. The brackets many also need to be replaced with new ones. - Due date: Flexible
