I need a skilled roofer to help fill a hole in my roof that is approximately the size of two tiles. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that birds have access to the void, and I’m worried they may have formed a nest. I have spare tiles on hand, so there’s no need to worry about sourcing materials! Requirements - Assess the hole and ensure it’s safe to work on. - Check for any bird nests in the void and remove them if necessary and safe to do so. - Replace the two missing tiles with the spare tiles I have. - Make sure the area is sealed properly to prevent leaks and further bird access. - Remove the metal down pipe and fill the void in the soffit with a piece of wood I have. **Requirements:** - Previous roofing experience is a must. - Ability to provide a brief estimate of time needed to complete the repair. - Must have necessary tools and safety equipment. Four bedroom house which needs its gutters cleaned as they are quite full.

I need someone to connect a gutter drain to a new drainpipe to allow the water to flow into another gutter. I do not have any of the materials.

Install a small white square gutter underneath the balcony to collect rainwater. This is to protect the wooden doors below from rotting. Total length is 9.6m combined.

ROOF TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED IS APPROX 4M X 10M. CURRETNLY HAS ZINC CORRUGATED WITH A PITCH OF 3%. POSSIBLY NEEDS TRIMDECK OR SIMILAR TO SOLVE RAINWATER INGRESS. Note the photo shows the roof needing attention. The red part of the picture is the surrounding areas. I have removed the temporary plastic hown in the photo.

Install underfloor insulation batts under two rooms. Rooms are approx 8m x 4m and 9m x 3m. Batts have already been purchased so no need to supply them. Any other equipment such as staple gun and straps to hold the batts will need to be supplied. Both rooms are on the ground floor and access under both rooms is easily accessible from the side of the house with adequate height as per attached photos, even though not high enough to stand. - Due date: Before Saturday, 10 June 2023
