Repair leaky roof tiles on a town-house and rear studio in East Perth. Notes: 1/ Internal ceiling/plaster water damage is visible in 3 corners of the main house (pics 3-5), and in one location in the rear studio (pic 1-2). 2/ Sourcing of tiles is not in scope - I have spare tiles if needed. 3/ Internal ceiling/plaster repairs are not in scope. This will be posted in a separate job. 4/ An attic manhole gives simple access to the main house roof. A ladder isn't required there. 5/ Tie-off points are present, but I do not have certificates for these. 6/ Qualified roof tilers only to apply please due to the significant heights. - Due date: Before Sunday, 31 July 2022

I am looking to find someone who is able to remove and then reinstall a Rhino Rack cross bar so that it is able to accommodate a pop up roof tent. Currently the third bar at the back (pictured) is too far back to allow the bracket to attach and needs to be brought closer to the other two. I’ll then need the tent reattached.
