Need to diagnose and fix water leak which most recently occurred with heavy rain a month or so ago, and was dripping from the ceiling below this dormer window/skyloght section. Issue has been ongoing for many years without anyone find and fixing properly. Note the skylights were installed a few years ago and the leak was present even before that, so while they may be contributing, water was also getting in prior.
