Find experienced local roofers in Eltham North

We need the wall shown in photo to be waterproofed properly (just the bare wall that is shown, no excavation required) and then fill it the space with scoria. We have already installed the agi pipe. 4m long, approx 50cm deep

The rest of the shed has been put together, just need someone to assemble the other half of the roof and the door.

There is a 3 inch approx missing chunk out of board on side of roof awning. Need someone to fill and repair slight crack near the missing chunk, and paint same colour, see photo.

I have one broken tile to be replaced. It is against the ridge line, so the one ridge tile will need to be taken off to access the broken tile. I have a replacement tile. The ridge tile will need to be remortared to match the existing mortar colour which is a blackish colour.

Pool fence requires a climb proof skirting installed. Problem: deck protrudes out under the base of the pool fence creating a climbable ledge. Task: need a slim triangular wooden paling installed along the base of the fence where the deck protrudes (12 metres) . Looking for someone to purchase the materials and performed the install. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 2 August 2022

plaster roof carport - Sand, topcoat, sand

We had a leak in the roof a year ago (now fixed) but the plaster has been left stained and damaged with a crack and paint lifting. Need a painter / plasterer to repair this small section and match colour best they can. Eltham North

Needs someone to clean the second level gutter and down pipe. Water was flowing along the surface of the down pipe not through the down pipe. There are 4 down pipes in total, and I only tested one.
