Current tiles are cracked and damaged. Tiles need to be replaced the area is four sqm. Before we lay the tiles, the current waterproofing needs to be replaced as water from this balcony is leaking into the apartment underneath.

Clean out gutters approx 43m guttering small 2 story house and carport , 2nd story guttering approx 6m high. Job is to clean out all guttering particular attention around downpipes and dispose of all debris, roof tiles are brittle in some areas so not suitable for walking on.

Roof has a leak and it’s coming down to our ground floor ceiling- roof is both tile and flat tray deck in the general area where the leak is. We need someone light on foot that won’t damage our roof / solar panels / satellite dish or air conditioning units - We have spare roof tiles on site just need a roof plumber who knows what they are doing!
