Repair and replacement of 2 x roof sheets and 2 x timber battens on roof of pergola: - Remove 2 x 70mm x 35mm rotted timber battens (approx 4m in length) - Install 2 x replacement timber battens and fix to existing structure (these will be supplied and pre-painted) - Remove 2 x damaged polycarbonate sheets (approx 3m in length) - Install 2 x replacement corrugated polycarbonate sheets Note that sheets and timber battens may be required to be cut to size. Should additional existing roof sheets be required to be removed to undertake the work, these should be reused and refixed as currently installed. Customer will supply materials only. Fixings and tools are not provided and are to be included in quote. Quote to include airtasker fees. Please advise of roofing experience in reply.

I need a garage ceiling to be insulated. Approx. 30m2 Exposed joists, no plaster/gyprock. Access from below. Height to ceiling: 307cm Batts will be supplied, only labour required. Looking to have this done in the next couple of weeks after some electrical work.

2 story house. A gutter on one side has sagged in the middle, possibly because of high water ingress volume at some stage, possibly when air con was installed. But it's now sagging in the middle a bit and is turned more outward in the middle, thus not collecting water properly. Height at roughly 5 meters. The current gutter overflows during rain as I thinks it's blocked. Also the down pipe from the gutter is only about 50 mm and joins up with normal 90-100 mm pipe. I want the down pipes to be 90-100mm plus some sort of gutter guard installed.

Two sections of my concrete roof tiles have fallen away. I think they are called the ridge tiles. I need them fixed, both sections are on the second storey of a two storey home.

I would like the gutters of my 2 storey house cleaned please. It will be necessary to bring an appropriate ladder. Please note that the roof of the first storey sticks out in some places at the rear of the house, which may affect ladder placement.
