Remove insulation from ceiling cavity and store in garage. Roughly 60m2. Can quote to remove ceilings too. Ceilings are horsehair plaster so a bit of a pain to remove. Bin on-site.

My down pipe is off course from the roof drain outlet might need n extension and glue it back and on the bottom I may have damage the section of the pipe need fixing that too

No gutters needed. The third pergola is 5.2m X 2.2m. No gutter. Dispose of old sheeting on pergola 3. All pergola woodwork and framing is in place, just need roofing. I need a downpipe redirected to stormwater about 10 metres to the gutter. The current downpipe goes under the slab and leaks. Heavy rain has caused erosion under the slab. I want to redirect the current downpipe so it doesn’t go under the slab and connect out to the roadside gutter 10 metres away. Council water does run along that side of the house.
