Need someone with a ladder to clear leaf litter from my gutters. All in all shouldn’t take longer than an hour, there’s only about 3/4 metres worth of gutters. See pictures attached for the front, also one 1m wide out the back. Will attach better pictures later

Condensation dripping down the inside of my ceiling due to poor roofing install. I need the about three roof panels removed, the damaged timber panels underneath replaced, and the roofing reinstalled.

Clean the front and the back gutters. Smaller terrace front is 3 m wide gutter and back is aboht 3 m by 5 m.

Rusted gutter needs repair. About 1.5m has rust damage, the rest appears fine. 2nd story (hard access). Rusted portion likely needs to be replaced entirely. Ideally new portion can be painted black to match.

Im a single mother and I live in a housing. My daughter and I have lived through five years of excessive water leak in the bathroom and the mould illnesses to go with it. It’s been absolutely awful to be honest. Constant stress and worry. Anyhow I finally got housing to take responsibility and fix up the damaged unit. And boy has it been a literal war I’ve been fighting to get it done. Anyhow to think that wasn’t enough. I actually think these fools have redone an entire bathroom and not even waterproofed it. I know an expert witness statement can cost hundreds and I’m gonna be straight up I really can’t afford that much money at this point in time. I am hoping that someone can help me for a smaller ammount. But be certified. Because I know if someone can just write one out. The effort of coming down here and checking it out and writing out one for me surely could be done a bit cheaper. I have had mates that have done waterproofing guarantee there is none done but they don’t have the actual certification to do anything that can be put on paper and actually mean something. I can send images if the right person is interested in taking up the task.

Check flashing at one point. Easy access through casement window. Check gutter is clear

Water ingress via window sill. Needs sealant. Also minor paint bubbling. You need to be licensed and insured.

Clean approx 7m of gutters on the first storey of a terrace. Good easy access. Must have own ladder.

Poor soundproofing between bedrooms. Possible solution is to fill wall cavity with soundproofing batts and replace gyprock. But open to other possible solutions. Wall area of 1.7m wide X 2.7m high. - Due date: Flexible

Gutter is currently not aligned to roof run off, need to fit extension piece or alike to avoid water ingress onto house facade. We are painting and also need to fit a new downpipe. We will paint it prior to install. Minor sealing works under existing gutter also needed - Due date: Flexible

Single story terrace house needs gutter cleaning - Due date: Flexible

Most of the gutters are low and easily accessible from a step ladder. Gutters at the front of the property are higher, need a long ladder to reach. Pictures show both front and back of the house. Job can only be done today or tomorrow. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 4 April 2023

Hi, I need the gutters at the front and back of my cleaned out AND debris removed. All roofs are on ground floor of building. Front gutters accessed by ladder. Back roof accessed by climbing out a window. I'm looking to make this a regular job several times a year, with removal of debris usually possible via my green bins (just not this time, unfortunately). Access to the property is easy (straight off the street, side access to the back). However you will need to be confident in driving down and parking in a narrow street (the garbage trucks manage fine, so it's totally do-able). Please note pics for what's involved.

May need long tools to reach onto plastic roof. You can dispose of litter in green bin. Must not leave any mess in the house or outside.
