Hello, I recently purchased a second-hand Hyundai i45 Premium model with a panoramic sunroof. However, the sunroof has a sliding issue, the rail on the right-hand side seems to be a bit broken, and currently, the power supply has been cut off for the sunroof, as once you open it, you can't close it back. We need a mechanic as soon as possible. Thank you.

Clean gutters and debris from top of chimney

After having a new air conditioner installed there was damage done to the roof tiles. One corner piece is missing and another area has been siliconed by the air conditioning company. It is a single story roof and unfortunately I do not have any spare tiles.
