It's dubble story house need to clean the gutter

We need to sand, paint with 2 coats of Weathershield paint the guttering and eves on a 60’s style house in Fawkner. Paint supplied, ladder available.

Our porch has a leak when it rains. There is also evidence of water on the eaves. No water indoors. We need this repaired. Images attached.

Large carport roof, wish to replace with same but clear for better light. The wooden frame is in good order so it’s just the panels to remove and replace. Birds Eye view pic shows all areas to be replaced. There are some pipes for water runoff from roof that need to be maintained. There is also a large fluorescent light under one side, this should not need to be moved/impacted. I do not actually know how much is should cost so have just put $3000 on it, obviously provide your most realistic cost. Roofing plumbers encouraged to quote as maintaining water drainage pipes and flow through from roof to carport to shed is important. Please also let me know if you can dispose of the old panels (there is nothing wrong with them).

Water accumulation in the Center part of the gutter and overflowing leaking

Have a leaking downpipe that needs to be resealed. Its right on the join of the bend. Needs to be done ASAP. A qualified plumber or decent handyman Required.

Replace and lift corner guttering and fascia. Budget is for inspection.
