Looking for someone to build a slanted Polycarbonate roof to cover the end of a patio and extend usage of it. The area is approximately 5m wide and 2.5m long (includes a small overhang). The roofing will go over an existing wooden frame and ideally decrease in height from 90mm to 0mm to allow for rainfall

Leaking roof needs repair. Approx 12-15m of valley that needs re pointing. Tiled roof Needs to be done properly.. I’d like to know and see the products you use and will need progress pics if possible.

Need to fix the vents on the roof, whirlybird stopped spinning.

There is a leak in the roof and it rains on our porch

Install gutter and flashing on carport roof. Carport is approximately 4.5m x 6.6m. Monument colourbond roof. I have the gutter (correct length) and all the brackets, ends, screws, etc. I don’t have the flashing for other 3 sides however. Hoping you can supply and cut to fit on site. I will do the downpipes after gutter installed. I also have a short section of existing gutter on the house roof which slopes away from the downpipe (was a defect from reno that builder didn’t fix). According to my assessor, the flashing around the chimney is corroded and letting water in thru the gaps. Some parts on the ridging needs repointing or resealing. Need a small section of our roof that is flat elevated slightly and a leak repaired due to the roof not draining properly - Due date: Flexible

I need a quote to have 4 roof tiles replaced for a low-set brick home. I have spare tiles. You to supply the rest. 3 tiles are in the middle of the roof where there used to be a solar hot-water system. There are no leaks, but holes in tiles were fixed with silicone. The 4th cracked tile is leaking and also needs some bedding/pointing... see picture - Due date: Flexible

Roof above bedroom has insufficient cover over 2 small roof sheets, we had a leak coming through 1 loose screw into bedroom ceiling. Silicone was applied to the ingress point as a temporary solution, we need a permanent fix.

Works include: 1) Supply and install Ausdeck 150mm thick insulated panel to back patio area 2) Allowed for an area encompassing 6000mm x 5000mm with a 300mm cantilever over the main roof ( past the brackets) 3) The panel will be mounted off of the house roof using roof extenda brackets set above the wall line. We anticipate raising the panel some 350mm above the roof line at the wall plate position 4) The panel will be supported at the back by 3 no 90mm x 90mm RHS duragal posts concreted into engineered footings 5) Each end will have a folded metal beam installed to screw fix the panel to 6) supply and install all flashings and fixings to suit 7) Supply and install back gutter and downpipe which will run to a position close to the retaining wall 8) Allowed to coordinate with an Electrician to install light and power to the new carport, we ask that you pay this contractor directly for materials and labour 9) Allowed to prepare and install a brush finished concrete slab to the area as discussed, nominally 3600mm x 1800mm I will remove the old roof structure. I would like 90m of diy gutter guardian installed on our roof. I am supplying the product. We currently have scaffold on for a few days so would like it done. The scaffold is slightly below the work height so will need some type of small stand platform to insert it. Minimal screw in to the gutter bracket required Will need gutters cleaned before installation. You will need insurance beforehand to do the job that I can view. Guttering on the side of the carport was destroyed in a storm. Guttering to be purchased and replaced. PVC Downpipe can be used again.
