Hi there. Looking for some help installing a Velux flat roof skylight in the bathroom of a first floor apartment. Roof easily accessible via the balcony. Flat external corrugated iron roof, and internal plaster board roof. Happy to do all painting and sanding post installation.

The task includes cleaning, preparing the surfaces for painting. Painting 2 (or more as required) coats of paint on the gutter, fascia, downpipe, trims of our terrace house. We are unsure if it will be easier to spray the paint on or brush. Happy to take advice from an experienced painter. We will supply the Dulux paint so don’t include in the price.

I need a regular clean for gutters on a small terrace house in North Fitzroy. The front gutter can be accessed easily from the footpath and the rear has roller door access to the garden from the lane. An extension ladder is needed to access the rear gutters but nothing too difficult. The gutter needs to be regularly cleaned as a small amount of debris can create a problem for the down pipes. I have undertaken the work myself so far and it usually takes me about 30mims
