I’m looking for an experienced and reliable roofing professional to undertake the following tasks on my tiled roof: • Re-bed the ridge tiles, where needed, along the ridge line to ensure they are secure and weatherproof. • Re-bed the hip tiles. where needed, along the angled sections where the roof slopes intersect. • Remove and replace approximately 10 broken roof tiles. These are supplied. • Clean up the area after completion. Requirements: • Experience with roof maintenance and repairs, specifically re-bedding ridge and hip tiles, is essential. • Ability to supply tools and materials preferred. • High attention to detail and a professional finish is expected. Additional Information: The work will focus on the ridge line and hip lines where the mortar has deteriorated. Location: Fitzroy North Date: Flexible. Weekends / After Work are also fine.

Need help Installing gyprock plasterboards and cornices in one small shed. We have all the materials, including gyprock sheets (extra than necessary), stud adhesive, screws, plaster, joinery tape, cornice pieces (not yet cut to size), cornice cement, and also all the tools (drills saws drill bits washers rulers spirit levels jigsaw plaster scrapers measuring tape, ppe including goggles masks and coveralls gloves etc.) and ladders cutting bench necessary for installation. We have also done a mock up of the shed space on a computer and have a cutting list for the gyprock sheets so they will fit exact to beams. Myself and my partner have been trying to renovate a shed to make it livable as a bedroom and have gotten all the steps done except for this installation due to injuries but need done asap, help would be so appreciated, open for any questions :) happy to be there and help out too when installing

The task includes cleaning, preparing the surfaces for painting. Painting 2 (or more as required) coats of paint on the gutter, fascia, downpipe, trims of our terrace house. We are unsure if it will be easier to spray the paint on or brush. Happy to take advice from an experienced painter. We will supply the Dulux paint so don’t include in the price.

Leak into kitchen and bathroom and bedroom

A guest has tried to use the blinds on the skylight and has pulled on side off. The screw now slips straight out of the hole so will need to be redone. Would also like the opposite side checked to make sure it sturdy as there has been some paint fall from that side since the incident. You will need a ladder to reach the affected area.
