Due to the heavy rains in Sydney a year ago, we had gutters overflow and water run in under the roof. This has created mold (which is now gone) in a couple of rooms and blistering/ peeling paint on the walls in 2 rooms. I am concerned that there may be water that has soaked the wooden beams under the roof, so I’d like a certified professional roofer to have a look and identify if there is any problems to any part of the roof or structure. You will need to climb through the attic stairs and navigate to the far corner of the roof (small space) which is where the water must have entered. Hi there, I'm looking for someone to clean the gutters on our 1-storey terrace. Gutters are on the front and the back of the house. See photos for details. Gutter locations are circled in red. You will need to provide a ladder to access the roof. Please do not walk on the solar panels. Due to social distancing/COVID,-19 concerns, I will ask that tasker not come into the house. Access to gutters can be made from front of the house and rear lane access. I am accessible via mobile.

Hi, I have a down pipe the needs installing. There was one a while ago before the previous owners change it to a runoff pipe for a grey water tank. I’ve taken the tank away and would like to install it back to its original purpose where a pipe comes off the guttering and runs down the side of the house into the drain below. I’ve attached 3 pics to better explain. -First pic shows how the situation is at the moment with no down pipe. -second pics shows the bit of pipe that needs installing. I’d assume you’d need a couple of brackets (red marks) to secure pipe to wall. The yellow circled area at the top shows the gap where an addition piece would need to be purchased and then attached to the pipe and the guttering. -third pic shows a close up of the guttering itself. If you have anymore specific questions I’m happy to answer. I’m happy to buy the addition materials needed, I’d just need some guidance on what that would be.
