I have purchased a property on which the majority of windows are leaking into the house. I would like one window done as a test and if that works there may be an opportunity to do the rest of the windows on the house - there are about 8 more. The idea is to remove render to then window base and up 200mm using a grinder. Then prepare with water based epoxy and coat with WPA230UV membrane.
