Need some repairs to be done for my garage roof

Replacing wrotten roof fascia around 10 linear meter and repair & paint wrotten roof rafter

The awning gutter thing has come away from the boat shed, need someone to fix it

Broken roof tile underneath ridge tile. Tile has been replaced but pointing needs to be redone under the ridge tile. Unsure if ridge tile needs to be removed but there is a possibility of sliding replacement tile into place without removing ridge tile. Repair site is on the second floor roof above bathroom.

Remove old roof and install 17 sheet or color bond roof 3950 mm Gutter fix up

Down pipe to be removed and replaced with new white rectangular section pipe between gutter and drain. Please clear gutter in this area from any debris when new downpipe installed. See photos for measurements. Replace with white rectangular section. Must be completed asap.

I need a downpipe replaced as it may be the cause of leakage in a certain area on the 1st floor of the house.. There is also a bit of leakage coming through the roof on the 2nd floor.

There are two places connected to roof need to be sealed. We remove previous inducted heater so there’s a hole to the roof need to be sealed. The 2nd place is similar to the first one, a hole connected to the roof needs to be sealed too.

Spotted some roof leak and went to the attic to investigate. Saw this circle gap which looks like the orange rubbers snapped away and the other black thingy blocking it was causing water to seep in. Any idea what it is and how to fix?

We have an old unused vent in ceiling that I would like removed and filled and plastered over. I will remove vent so it only requires filling and plastering.No need to paint I will do that. Vent is approximately 40cm X 50cm.

Few fascia need to be replaced and some others need to be repaired.

There appears to be either a missing or dislodged roof tile. This is on the second floor is a double storey townhouse. I do not have the equipment to get up to the roof to inspect. Please refer to the pictures take from the inside via the attic space that shows the gap and also the brand of the roof tile. Have also included a picture of the neighbours roof to show the type of tiles used. Please also check if there are other roof tiles that need fixing.
