I wanna get metal pipes replaced 2 of them . I already have pipes according to size cut . I just need someone to remove old and placed new one.

JOB DESCRIPTION: An inspection of the roof above the lounge area revealed a cracked tile directly above the water-stained ceiling. During rain events, water will enter the roof cavity, causing the observed damage. We were unable to source a spare tile during our inspection for replacement. However, we installed black plastic beneath the broken tile to temporarily prevent water ingress. - Source, supply and install new roof tile to replace damaged tile - Apply stain block paint to affected lounge room ceiling - Paint entire ceiling to ensure uniform finish - Remove associated waste material from site

Hi we have a verandah hoarding over our shopfront that has a large tree dropping leaves on the hoarding and into the gutters which we can’t reach as it is above the footpath. We need the gutter cleaned out and hoarding roof swept and removed of leaves. There are also some 1st floor windows overlooking the verandah roof which need cleaning on the outside. Our office is at Glenelg. We are flexible on days/dates and would need to know that you have insurance for climbing on the roof as it can only be accessed via a ladder. No stairs. Affordable price would attract a bi-yearly or greater agreement. Thanks.

Hey I've got an awning that I need attached to the roof basket, the mounting brackets might now be long enough, so I'd need someone to maybe extend them or something. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 29th Nov 2021

I need the awning attached securely to the roof basket I got the brackets but you might need to make some more holes.

I have a cheapish roof basket, and I'm not sure if the awning is going to be securely attached with the brackets that one got. A bit worries that it might come off when driving or with wind etc

I have 70m2 of insulation that needs putting in over the top of some old insulation that’s already in the roof. I already have the insulation r4.1 ready to go. It’s a tiled roof, one section has solar panels (the circled area is where the new bats are going) and it’s located in glenelg east. Happy to pass up the bags to you if it helps Cheers
