2008 Skoda Octavia VRS needs a little Touch up on roof lining.

We will have the 4 leg grounding points level to within +-2mm. Silver sarking to be glued to roof panels prior to assembly. We provide sarking (will need to be cut to fit) and we have spray-on adhesive. Would like concrete footings. We have a petrol-powered auger with 30cm blade, up to 120cm depth. We will supply additional labor for the dig, as the auger is a 2-person tool. We will also supply cement and whatever fixing hardware is required. The gazebo is a Bunnings product, and we have a full manual & instructions. - Due date: Flexible

I have a single story unit in a duplex with a cement tiled roof. After the recent heavy rains there was a minor leak into the unit, damaging the ceiling ( this is not the task ) According to an inspection done by insurance company there is minor pointing cracking on the ridge which needs repair and is not covered by the insurance.
