Hi Scott I would like to get a quote to cleaner the gutters on my home, the front of the house is single story and the back is 2 story. There are 6 down pipes that gather rubbish that need clearing. The back of the house no gutter, front and each side.

Fix rotten timber roof beam and replace roof flashings and facia (where leak is most likely coming from). The beam is outside above the patio and the job has been left too long. Wood is extremely rotten but not load bearing. The roof above is stepped and the facias are also rotten and delaminating. This and the adjoining flashing is most likely where the leak originates. - Due date: Flexible

To remove all the sides/walls, doors and window from the old shed and leave a shell of the shed. Extra nails and wire to be removed. All the posts are to remain. Roof is not to be disturbed. Carpet (unattached) to removed as well, it may need to be cut up to fit in skip. I don't have tools, tools to be supplied by you. One small stack of tiles needs to be moved to under the stairs. Gutter clean every 2 months. 2 small buildings. Both flat skillion roofs with guttering only on 1 side. Only about 12 metres of guttering on each roof. Plus small central box gutter. Blow leaves off roofs also. If done regularly it only takes me 30-40 minutes each time. Provide and install gutter guard for 3m of gutter, find two holes in a gal steel roof and silicone the holes. - Due date: Flexible

Clean out the leaves of 4m of gutter and put the hose down the downpipe. Location is a high set house. Gutter is 6m up so you will need a long ladder. - Due date: Flexible

1. Repair broken section of 90mm PVC downpipe. Exterior at first story height (have ladder available). Needs some junctions to pass around some aircon ducting. Have got some 90mm piping and 90degree junctions here but may not be correct for task. 2. Repair/redo 90mm PVC downpipe connection to rainwater tank. Would involve rebuilding pipe+junction and connection.
