I’m looking for someone to come and clean all the outdoor areas of my house: a verandah and BBQ area, balcony, all gutters and skylights, outdoor furniture, window sills, cornices etc. Please note that this is a two-storey house with a gutter guard installed, so you will need to bring the appropriate equipment.

I need to get about 38 to 40m length of gutter guard installed as i had to remove that much length due to earlier damage. I have a 2 storey house with a metal roof. Most of the installation is needed on the upper storey. Need you to provide the gutter guard material and carry out the installation.

Looking for someone to install underfloor installation at our property in beacon hill. The crawl space is very tight with limited headroom. The crawl space entrance is roughly 600x600 and headroom under the subfloor ranges from 400-700. At this stage, we only want to insulate the living and dinning area which is 45 square meters (floor plan attached). Joists are 400mm apart with a depth of 90mm.
