Need 3 tiles replaced and gutter cleaned

It's a part of roof with a low peach leaking

I’m looking for someone to come and clean all the outdoor areas of my house: a verandah and BBQ area, balcony, all gutters and skylights, outdoor furniture, window sills, cornices etc. Please note that this is a two-storey house with a gutter guard installed, so you will need to bring the appropriate equipment.

I need to get about 38 to 40m length of gutter guard installed as i had to remove that much length due to earlier damage. I have a 2 storey house with a metal roof. Most of the installation is needed on the upper storey. Need you to provide the gutter guard material and carry out the installation.

- The roof is approximately 30 sq metres. It has old asphalt tiles and several small leaks. - The roof tiles require cleaning, sealing and painting. - I will supply materials (sealant and paint) you recommend. - Easy access to garage (inside and out).

I can hear either a bird, possum or rat in our roof cavity. I would like them removed and any entry points blocked/repaired. I have a manhole in the laundry.

After an annual gutter clean please. 3 sides of the house can be reached with very tall ladder/getting on the roof. The South side of the house would need to be accessed from the roof (I can't see the state of the gutters from the ground). The house is 9m x 3m rectangle. I need somone with a long ladder to screw a 180cm Cooloroo blind into the timber frame roof on my 1st floor balcony. I have already installed on of these blinds myself, where only a step ladder was required - it took 10 minutes. But the other will need a long ladder as the roof is maybe 8m from the ground. I do not have an extendable ladder, so you will need to bring a long ladder. That’s it. Not a big job, so would suit someone in the area of Greenwich / St Leonard’s. Thanks.
