Need someone to check on whether this is now blocking the pipes, which may cause an issue down the line. The pipe entry point is on a new build townhouse with no direct access; will need to use a ladder to get there.

Hi, I need my bathroom + toilet and laundry floor tiled- total area is 7.5 square metres, very small. I have bought the tiles and grout, please just advise on which sealer to buy and I'll organise. No waterproof required it's not in the shower or anything, just a small area of floor. Price is labour only. In the laundry I had to pull out the floor so there is now a cement sheet base, you'll need to level out the tiles so it lines up with the floorboards in the hallway. you can see in the photo, I've left space for this (cupboard to sit on tiles). Hi, I need to replace two existing metal downpipes(100x50mm) in the backyard. straight forward jobs. The current downpipes offset part is rotted. May need to replace the whole downpipes. Connect them to the existing drains.  I can pay for the replacement downpipe parts. The solar controller is permanently stuck on 39 degrees and therefore does not pump water into the pool regularly. The system itself works fine. I think it may be a faulty sensor?
