Part 2: Cathedral Ceiling Below Rafters (Approx. 65 sqm) - Check for existing insulation (likely none) - Inspect downlight ratings and install insulation as needed - Seal any gaps for vermin-proofing - Supply and install new ceiling batts - Timing is critical: Only accessible during roof replacement. Details: - Total roof space: 125 sqm - Roof replacement scheduled within 1-3 weeks, weather permitting - BYO industrial vacuum and PPE - Tip fees for disposal and insulation material will be paid for separately. Important: - Timing is crucial due to limited access. Work must be planned around the roof replacement schedule.
