Need a few roof tiles fixed as they are cracked and water is leaking into my house.

I have already professionally removed and disconnected the old gas heating and evaporative cooling system. Only the old ducts and vent remain on the roof. Want to have those removed and disposed and the roof cavity vacuumed

Noises noticed from the Color-bond flat roof during windy days, potentially need to be tightened with screws/ glue. 2. dripping sound noticed occasionally around one of the pitch roof (color-bond) during sunny day-time. Need an inspection to suggest whether it’s due to condensed water or water in down pipe not reasonably directed. Please suggest your quote accordingly. Ideally to inspect this Saturday morning, 22nd March.

Update: have purchased equipment/supplies in photo, you just need the rest. Note: it’s on the rooftop we will have to get water from the tap on deck below (throw hose over the wall), see photo Experienced person to clean (ideally with your own high pressure hose) and oil 30sqm of merbau decking on our rooftop (5mx6m). I believe 24 hrs is needed after the cleaning so would have to come back to oil. It hasn’t been done for 2 years so there is patchy fading. See photos. Must have experience in doing this. I can purchase the decking oil and cleaning agent but don’t have any other tools for the job. Thanks Curtis

Clean gutters and downpipe on two story house

The two downpipes in the photo are blocked and draining very slowly (especially the left one). I need both downpipes professionally cleared so they can drain properly. When it rains, they quickly back up, causing water to spill from the rainhead overflow. Both pipes run into the ground, but I’m not sure where they drain. There’s a stormwater pit nearby, but I don’t know if they connect to it.

A polycarbonate roof sheet blew off / broke in the storm last weekend and the roof sheet now needs replacing today before the rain comes. It’s 850mm x Approx 2050mm (not sure how far it extends under the ridge capping)

Now that i have found this piece of wood - you can see where it fits and that it should be pretty simple if you have a ladder that can go to that size.
