Two downpipes (situated right next to one another) are are draining very slowly into the nearby storm water drain. This may be because they are connected to each other before reaching the the stormwater pit. I would like to have the blockage cleared so water can flow freely.

So, needing someone experienced in hanging 4 sections of gutters & 3 downpipes. It's 4 sections total about 35l/m We have all of the materials, lengths, clips, adjustable offsets and everything onsite ready to go, just need someone experienced and efficient to come and install/fitoff.

(the gutter is 3.3 mtrs high, so please ensure your ladder is tall enough and secure.there is a slight slant on the side of the house so that may affect type of ladder needed?) We would like one side of our house's gutters/fascias painted straight over the top of existing paint. they are old and faded so we'll supply a dark colour. WIll need 2 coats. Neat job please (no splashing on the house as its a light color and dont want drips on there). All going well, there are 2 other sides of house that you can do as well if you choose to take another job, or we can assign to new tasker if not interested in doing more. We need this completed before Wednesday this week. There is approx. 14 metres of guttering.

Hi there : 2 x single story, easy access houses next to each other. One has a carport and the other has a garage both with gutters. Gutters cleaned 3 months ago but need to check and remove anything that’s gathered recently. Houses are reasonable modest so not a huge job. Would prefer vaccum or someone willing to clean any mess on the ground plus fascia boards if they get dirty using your method. This task is for this job. Optional job to insert plastic mesh (which I have) over each downpipe too to keep leaves out of downpipes. Less than 5 mins per down pipe.

the fan in the utility room has stopped working and there seems to be a lot of dust coming from the patch in the roof I’ve attached a photo. I think there must be some leak in that area, and that would be the reason the fan keeps breaking as there is probably water getting into it.

Re-attach a down pipe to the side of the house (see picture). Small job.

Believe it or not an AirtAsker fell through my laser lite roof. He’s fine but he damaged it quite badly. Long section - 9m run therefore one join required probably 2 strips wide. Task is to come and inspect, source laser lite then come and repair the job. I will cover materials separately. Thanks
