Need a roof plumber. We have an ageing roof on a two storey unit/townhouse. My neighbour and our roof need urgent maintenance and repairs. We have water in our ceiling and garage. The garage roof between the wall and the garage has a few cracks that need to be fixed. Please see photos. It needs some patch work to fix a leaks. Leak is coming in and wetting the carpet in our master bedroom and then entering downstairs to the ceiling. Odd thing is… it only happens sometimes when it rains and sometimes not. So the gutter is not in the right angle and it accumulates water and dirt over time, need to adjust it to a right angle so the water will just flow and flush down the dirt and leaves when raining. May need to add additional down pipe if necessary
