The two downpipes in the photo are blocked and draining very slowly (especially the left one). I need both downpipes professionally cleared so they can drain properly. When it rains, they quickly back up, causing water to spill from the rainhead overflow. Both pipes run into the ground, but I’m not sure where they drain. There’s a stormwater pit nearby, but I don’t know if they connect to it.

I am interested in getting a quote to have my ceiling insulation removed and new insulation installed. The area is ~90sqm and the roof is tiled. I am interested in having R7 Earthwool batts installed and am able to order these. Also I am interested in a separate quote for insulation under the house - there is no insulation here and access via a trap door with plenty of clearance. I am also happy to supply the materials for this (I was thinking of the Earthwool R2.5 soundproof wall batts as they are apparently suitable for underfloors but I am also open to getting polyester roll).

Interested in assessment and quote for potential installation of insulation under parts of the house. Floors are very cold in winter. Weatherboard house that should have a crawl space under. Open to whether insulation spray or fibreglass batt, whatever is feasible. Only required for living room area and laundry.

Clean ground floor gutters and valleys

The upright post and main timber joint has rot - in the corner only. The rotted section needs to be cut out and new timbers affixed to retain the structural integrity. It doesn't need to be entirely rebuilt. The plastic roofing sheets also require replacement. You will need to be a decent chippie to do the timber-work. >> Material cost will be reimbursed in cash.

Hi there : 2 x single story, easy access houses next to each other. One has a carport and the other has a garage both with gutters. Gutters cleaned 3 months ago but need to check and remove anything that’s gathered recently. Houses are reasonable modest so not a huge job. Would prefer vaccum or someone willing to clean any mess on the ground plus fascia boards if they get dirty using your method. This task is for this job. Optional job to insert plastic mesh (which I have) over each downpipe too to keep leaves out of downpipes. Less than 5 mins per down pipe.
