Hi My Dad smokes inside and we want to create some kind of ventilation in the room and we’re thinking something on the ceiling would work. I don’t really want something electric that he needs to turn on and off and is noisy. So we thought of a vent plus a whirly bird on the roof as it’s a low ceiling. Two medium trees need minor lopping to remove branches away from near roof (possums). Also gutter clearing. There’s a solid gutter guard in place so this is just clearing any minor debris from on top of the guard. You’ll need three equipment to cut the branches and a long ladder to reach the gutter
