1) Remove and dispose broken roof tiles. Supply and install new tiles. Place new tiles in a discreet section of roof, away from the front of the property if necessary. 2) Dismantle tiles surrounding valley flashings. Clear blocked rain channels. Supply and install new storm seal to the outside edges of the valley flashing. Refit tiles. Supply and install 12Lm of new aluminium dome valley mesh. Install temporary anchor points and harness equipment to comply with WH&S regulations.

Two classrooms have been joined to create a house. The roof join is leaking and needing to be fixed. My estimation is that the flashing will need replacing and the join “cover” will need to be made waterproof once again.
